📋 Description

• Drive the product marketing strategy for Paxos' stablecoin offerings, including positioning
• Partner with product teams to shape roadmap priorities based on market insights and customer
• Develop compelling sales enablement materials and train sales teams on effectively positioning our
• Lead product launches from start to finish, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring
• Create thought leadership content that establishes Paxos as the leader in blockchain infrastructure
• Build deep understanding of customer needs and translate technical capabilities into clear business

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of product marketing experience, with a track record of success in B2B technology or
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and proven ability to enable sales teams
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate technical concepts
• Track record of successful product launches and go-to-market initiatives
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
