📋 Description

• Own UK product marketing; lead GTM for new products and evergreen initiatives.
• Partner with product, lifecycle, creative, social, events, and legal/compliance to drive growth.
• Advise product teams to inform roadmaps using user insights and regional learnings.
• Develop differentiated narratives and messaging from user insights and testing.
• Craft marketing plans and creative direction to drive relevance, adoption, and engagement.
• Define success metrics and track impact with product and data science, ensuring compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product marketing or adjacent growth roles in tech.
• Strong growth marketing leadership; shaping positioning, messaging, and launches across channels.
• Explain complex concepts clearly and humanly.
• Strong cross-functional relationship-building and influence.
• Data-informed decisions; experience with experimentation and metrics.
• Fluency in lifecycle, performance, in-product, and social channels.
