Product Marketing Manager- Donor Experience

📋 Description

• Define positioning, messaging, and market narrative for Virtuous Raise and Virtuous Volunteer
• Own pipeline and revenue goals for the unit alongside Demand and the GM, diagnose and fix
• Own campaign strategy in partnership with Demand: bring audience, message, and campaign brief
• Work with Sales and Customer Success on bookings motion, building competitive positioning
• Own go-to-market plan for product launches, audience, message, channel plan, sales conversation.
• Track market and competitive intelligence against competitors, ensure intelligence shapes campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product marketing, demand/campaign marketing, or hybrid GTM role at B2B SaaS company
• Experience owning go-to-market strategy for a product end to end: positioning, messaging, campaign
• Comfort partnering with channel-execution team (paid, SDR, field, email, direct mail) without
• Track record of being in front of prospects, customers, or analysts.
• Exceptionally organized, strong project planner and manager, keeps teams aligned.
• Fluency with AI tools in everyday research, positioning, content workflow.
