• Design and run the processes that keep customer-facing teams informed about releases, changes, and

• Build and maintain AI-powered workflows and automations (agents, automations) that keep information

🎯 Requirements

• Proactive and resourceful; able to move independently through ambiguity.
• Strong process designer with experience designing and owning cross-team processes end-to-end.
• Systems thinker who prefers fewer, better processes.
• Hands-on with AI; comfortable building real workflows with LLMs and agents (Claude, ChatGPT, Claude
• Familiarity with tools like Linear, Notion, Slack, Zendesk.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to write concise release notes, launch
