• Maintain the product org knowledge layer and sources of truth
• Own and evolve the product tooling ecosystem across teams
• Drive adoption and enablement of AI workflows across Product
• Scale high-impact workflows into shared standards via tooling and docs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product operations or related role with systems/tooling
• Deep fluency with AI as a core part of your workflow
• Strong product judgment for internal ops; simple scalable solutions
• High data fluency: metrics, instrumentation, actionable insights
• Strong systems thinking; differentiate process vs structural problems
• Clear, direct communication; influence across teams and leadership
