📋 Description

• Translate product requirements into clear, buildable workflows through specs, diagrams, and
• Conduct thorough discovery sessions with new clients to understand their needs and requirements
• Drive launch readiness and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders through release
• Own enterprise implementation readiness, including migrations, permissions, templates, and
• Lead post-launch follow-through to ensure issues are identified, resolved, and learned from
• Own feedback loop conversations, synthesizing data across multiple channels such as call snippets

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in product operations, management consulting, or related operational roles in
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments
• Strong written communication skills, including specs and process documentation
• High attention to detail with strong ownership and follow-through
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
