Product Operations Manager (Remote Eligible)

📋 Description

• Support and own product planning cycles — quarterly planning, goal tracking, retrospectives, and
• Drive launch coordination: maintain checklists, track cross-functional dependencies, and ensure
• Build and maintain product health dashboards; surface actionable data to support prioritization
• Document processes, build playbooks, and identify where workflows can be tightened or automated
• Facilitate meetings and ensure follow-ups are captured and closed
• Partner with analytics to answer the right operational questions, not just report on what's already

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in product operations, program management, or a similar operational role
• Strong process instincts — you see the gaps before they become problems
• Comfort with data: you can pull insights from dashboards and translate them into clear
• Excellent written communication and meeting facilitation skills
• Experience with tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or similar
• A builder mindset — you look for ways to automate before defaulting to manual
