📋 Description

• Manage Fever’s back-office: setup and monitor ticketing/distribution platforms.
• Operational Monitoring: daily checks of published experiences for correctness.
• Cross-Team Coordination: collaborate with PM, Product, QA, Marketing, Finance.
• API Integrations Maintenance: oversee external partner API integrations.
• Team Alignment & Reporting: weekly meetings to align priorities and issues.
• Launch support: coordinate launches and optimize back-office processes.

• Fast learner with strong retention and multitasking.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of English.
• 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Proactive, decisive with problem-solving and SQL/dashboards aptitude.
