📋 Description

• Own discovery: Clarify problem, current workflows, constraints, success metrics.
• Set direction: Build and maintain a roadmap balancing transformation and stability.
• Drive AI-enabled transformation: embed AI into reconciliation, controls, and evidence.
• Work with data science and engineering to design AI-augmented workflows.
• Run delivery with milestones, manage dependencies, surface risks early.
• Own the backlog: translate needs into epics and stories with acceptance criteria.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Product Owner/PM or senior BA in financial services.
• Experience leading AI-driven or intelligent automation in finance.
• Hands-on fund accounting, reconciliation, NAV, GL controls.
• Strong planning, budgeting, tracking, and delivery execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; clear and actionable.
• Comfort working with engineering/data science; AI in workflows.
