📋 Description

• Establish and maintain a product vision and roadmap aligned with agency objectives, mission
• Translate federal healthcare policies, priorities, and programs into actionable product
• Ensure product direction aligns with enterprise architecture, data governance, interoperability
• Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog according to business value, compliance
• Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria covering complex federal healthcare
• Ensure backlog items satisfy Definition of Ready and Definition of Done standards, including

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of professional analyst experience.
• Demonstrated experience working as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst within Agile software
• Strong knowledge of SAFe and Agile methodologies, including backlog management, user story
• Demonstrated expertise with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), including hands-on experience
• Strong understanding of software development and product delivery lifecycles, including
