Product Owner Lead (Payments)

📋 Description

• Define and maintain a shared vision for payment products, including payment aggregation, payment
• Collaborate with Product Owners to align and prioritize the product roadmap across the payments
• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Owners, supporting them with prioritization, stakeholder
• Act as Product Owner for the team responsible for developing the core payment aggregator service.
• Oversee high-quality and timely delivery across payment product areas, coordinating priorities and
• Work directly with B2B customers to gather and validate requirements, coordinate integrations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a Product Owner, including at least 1 year in a Lead role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in the payments domain, including PSPs, payment gateways, payment
• Intermediate-level English or higher, with confidence in both written and spoken communication.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from discovery and validation through delivery and
• Proven experience with B2B products, including customer communication, requirements gathering, and
• Practical understanding of Product Discovery, Product Delivery, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
