📋 Description

• Architect the scaled partner program by combining partner management and program management to
• Manage a portfolio of ~50 technology partners through scalable engagement programs that help
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, triaging questions, and connecting
• Develop and operationalize scalable systems (e.g., newsletters, FAQs, enablement resources) to keep
• Drive cross-functional execution with product, marketing, and events teams to spotlight partners
• Measure and improve partner engagement, satisfaction, and overall program health by designing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a SaaS or technology company, with at least 2 years in partnerships
• Strong communication skills—clearly explain both business and technical concepts to diverse
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams such as product
• Operational excellence—love improving processes, building templates, and creating scalable systems.
• Ability to balance the needs of the business, the partner, and the customer through partnerships.
