Product Policy Lead, Platform Integrity

📋 Description

• Lead spam policy development for Pinterest
• Partner with Operations, Product and Engineering teams to implement spam policies and enforce them
• Advise Policy teammates and cross-functional partner teams on spam and abuse
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in detection methods and tools to help Pinterest

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field such as policy or law, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 7 years of experience in trust and safety or platform integrity policy work
• Proven experience developing and enforcing spam, platform integrity, or cybersecurity policies for
• Deep understanding of coordinated inauthentic behavior and scaled abuse patterns
• Security mindset with experience in adversarial threat modeling
• Experience investigating emerging abuse campaigns under time pressure
