• Partner with cross-functional teams to manage day-to-day safety and regulatory compliance
• Drive the creation, scoping, scheduling, and execution of test and global certification plans
• Develop pre-certification test strategies to proactively identify, debug, and resolve compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree strictly required in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a highly
• 3+ years of professional experience in product safety, regulatory compliance, or quality
• Proven expertise navigating international safety and compliance frameworks, including ASTM, EN, ISO
• Solid familiarity with key consumer product standards (IEC 60335 series, IEC 62368-1, UL standards
• Foundational knowledge of global environmental and chemical regulations, including REACH, RoHS
• Mastery of structured root-cause analysis methodologies (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa/Fishbone diagrams)
