Product Solutions Analyst

📋 Description

• Configure and support Elements XS and Connect solutions based on customer requirements
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into scalable system configurations
• Develop workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards using platform tools
• Assist with solution implementation, testing, training, and deployment activities
• Maintain and enhance existing customer environments and integrations
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers on solution utilization

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software implementation, business systems analysis, GIS solutions
• Experience gathering business requirements and supporting customer-facing technology solutions
• Working knowledge of GIS concepts and geospatial applications
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, workflows, or business process solutions
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with HTML and web-based applications
