📋 Description

• Act as the primary product contact for customers throughout onboarding, implementation
• Guide customers toward recommended workflows, processes, and best practices while helping them
• Lead discovery workshops to understand customer processes, operational challenges, business
• Gather, challenge, refine, and validate business and technical requirements to ensure they are

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Specialist, Business Analyst, Solutions, Implementation, or
• Strong understanding of SaaS products, customer implementation methodologies, and software delivery
• Solid technical understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, data models, and software
• Proven experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and translating business requirements into
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities, with confidence navigating
