Product Specialist (PIX4Dcatch)

📋 Description

• Serve as the product expert for the PIX4Dcatch mobile application, investigating and resolving
• Collaborate with developers to report, track, and prioritize bugs while recommending product
• Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle by gathering
• Coordinate beta-testing initiatives with key B2B customers, collect early feedback on new features
• Communicate new features, product updates, and improvements to internal stakeholders and key
• Prepare customer communications, webinars, presentations, and support documentation to facilitate

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with a focus on geospatial technologies or a related
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in Associate Product Management, Technical
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills at a C2 level
• Familiarity with product development, analytics, and customer support tools such as Jira
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with customers and stakeholders
