Product Specialist (PIX4Dcatch)

📋 Description

• Serve as the product expert for the PIX4Dcatch mobile application, investigating and resolving
• Collaborate with developers to report, track, and prioritize bugs while recommending product
• Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Gather, document, and communicate customer feedback to product managers, developers, and UX
• Coordinate beta-testing initiatives with key B2B customers and collect early feedback on new
• Organize follow-up discussions to gain deeper insights into customer needs, workflows, and product

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with a focus on geospatial technologies, or
• Approximately 2–4 years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in Associate Product
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills at a C2 level.
• Familiarity with product development, analytics, and customer support tools such as Jira
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and maintain productive relationships.
