Product & Strategy Director

📋 Description

• Own the local product strategy for Australia and influence global priorities.
• Understand trader and institutional workflows to identify opportunities and UX improvements.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to translate needs into product requirements.
• Lead local launches, go-to-market planning, enablement, and post-launch analysis.
• Develop product positioning, messaging, and launch communications.
• Liaise between Australian teams and global Product & Engineering for feedback and prioritisation.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Product Strategy/PM/related roles in cryptocurrency, fintech, trading platforms, or financial services.
• Strong product thinking, commercial acumen, and customer empathy.
• Deep understanding of crypto and financial markets, trading products, and customer workflows.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical product solutions and business cases.
• Experience influencing product roadmaps and working with Product and Engineering without owning delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers, executives, and technical stakeholders.
