📋 Description

• Own the local product strategy in Australia, aligning with global priorities.
• Bridge Australian business with global Product teams; influence launches.
• Understand trader and institutional workflows; translate needs into requirements.
• Drive local product launches, go-to-market plans, enablement, and post-launch analysis.
• Develop local product positioning and launch communications for customers.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Ops, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Eng, Risk, BD, and Support.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Product Strategy/Management in crypto/fintech.
• Strong product thinking, commercial acumen, and customer empathy.
• Deep crypto and financial markets knowledge; can engage traders and institutional customers.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear product specs and business cases.
• Experience influencing roadmaps without direct ownership of delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and executives.
• Strong strategic thinking with data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without authority.
