• Advanced Figma skills and strong visual design craft
• Proven success leading digital product or interface design work from initial direction through
• Experience working independently with minimal oversight
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially in information-rich layouts
• Portfolio demonstrating hands-on design work, ideally including tables, dashboards, comparison views
