Production Assistant

📋 Description

• Conduit between control room and studio floor; support instructors and talent.
• Act as Stage Manager to ensure schedule adherence and mic prep.
• Plan and prep recordings by reviewing class plans and playlists.
• Maintain precise production logs and reporting for all content.
• Oversee Green Room hospitality and perform administrative duties.
• Travel occasionally to support off-site event productions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a daily live broadcast environment with on-air talent and crews.
• Ability to operate and problem solve in a fast-paced setting while upholding production standards.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights and weekends.
• Passion for fitness, storytelling, and content innovation.
• German or Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required.
