Production Coordinator - Energy Minerals

📋 Description

• Communicate with internal and external clients (e.g., clarifying instructions and requirements
• Organize and direct Lab Technicians and Prep Technicians.
• Assist Management or Sales staff with external customer service and support.
• Accountable for top-line sales through customer retention and additional sales from current and new
• Respond to customer concerns and complaints and initiate corrective or preventative actions.
• Familiar with location of all Quality System information and standard operating procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education (degree and/or diploma) in a Science related program (strong asset)
• Minimum one year of experience in a minerals laboratory environment
• Strong leadership skills and experience supervising small technical teams, ideally in a
• Knowledge of good laboratory practices and good management practices
• Proficiency in computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, professional environment
