Serve as liaison across orgs to ensure components flow through production on time
Own tracking of hardware, kits, and builds location/status
ERP/MES transactions to transact parts
Prioritize and execute autonomously in dynamic, ambiguous environments
Actively seek information to understand work orders and internal customer needs
First shift: Mon-Fri 5:00-3:30 PT; 50-hr week incl 10 OT; identify part shortages

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Production Coordinator or Expeditor
2+ years of experience with ERP, MES and/or WMS software
Able to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted
Proficient communication across multiple platforms
Strong computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office
Flexible schedule and ability to work overtime and weekends
