Serve as liaison across teams to ensure parts flow through production on schedule
Track and communicate hardware, kits, and builds status on the shop floor
Perform ERP/MES transactions to manage parts
Prioritize and execute autonomously in dynamic, ambiguous environments
Gather information to understand work orders and internal customer needs
Collaborate with Production/Material Planning to identify shortages

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Production Coordinator or Expeditor (or similar)
2+ years of experience with ERP, MES and/or WMS software
Able to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted
Proficient communication across email, Slack, and other platforms
Strong computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office
Flexible schedule and ability to work non-standard shifts, overtime, and weekends
