Production Director (Social / CAIT)

📋 Description

• Operationalise the CAIT (Creator, Affiliate, Influencer and Talent) function for a key EMEA client
• Architect and own the end-to-end production process within CAIT for seamless, efficient content
• Drive efficiencies connecting cultural signals and relevance across CAIT, Live Shopping
• Ensure Agency, Client, Vendor, and Legal processes and safety requirements are met across all
• Strategically lead commercial approach, staffing, ways of working, discipline leads, and clients
• Partner closely with Creative Leads and Production Directors to operationalise creator workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience managing a portfolio of brands.
• Have managed work across a range of markets.
• Solid production experience in a range of production types, with you as the lead.
• Confident in end-to-end management of shoots, from pre-production to post-production.
• Advanced leadership, management and mentorship skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
