Production Intern / Gear Manager

📋 Description

• Manage our gear. Help organize, maintain, and track Story's camera, lighting, grip, audio, and
• Prep for shoots. Build camera and lighting packages, test equipment, charge batteries, organize
• Keep equipment organized. Maintain an accurate inventory, track gear checkouts and returns, and
• Support productions. Assist with equipment loading, transportation, setup, breakdown, and general
• Troubleshoot technical issues. Help diagnose equipment problems, research solutions, and keep our
• Coordinate rentals. Assist with sourcing, picking up, and returning equipment from rental houses.

🎯 Requirements

• You're passionate about filmmaking, cinematography, and production technology.
• You have some hands-on experience with cameras, lighting, or film equipment through school
• You're highly organized and enjoy keeping equipment and workspaces clean, functional, and ready to
• You're technically curious and like figuring out how things work.
• You're proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks without constant
