Production Manager, Structures Fabrication and Machining

📋 Description

• Lead a production team across two shifts to build Terran-R structures.
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement in output.
• Define strategy to move from low-volume to high-volume production; communicate plan.
• Stand up scalable production program with tools, schedules, reports for data-driven insight.
• Develop and mentor production staff to meet team and company goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical or operations roles, aerospace preferred.
• 3+ years leading production teams.
• Extensive experience developing scalable production processes.
• Highly collaborative with strong cross-functional communication.
• Relentless pursuit of production excellence—safety, quality, and schedule.
• Comfortable with constructive conflict to move the business forward.
• Self-starter with high self-awareness; able to influence others.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• Experience with PLM, ERP, MES; Smartsheet, SQL, Excel.
