Production Training Coordinator (Day Shift)

📋 Description

• Train plant employees on job skills and cGMP.
• Ensure proper training documentation and GMP compliance.
• Facilitate onboarding, system access, and safety training.
• Maintain training records and support qualified area trainers.
• Assist in developing training materials, curriculums, and assessments.
• Implement and maintain effectiveness of the quality system.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a training role.
• Experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Well organized with excellent attention to detail.
