📋 Description

• Prepare an annual budget, and provide oversight of the periodic financial forecasting, on a
• Assist in driving continuous improvement to systems and processes cross-functionally across the
• Integral contributor in the overall operating model of K-Star which supports key initiatives and
• Create models to assist in analyzing key performance indicators across the various K-Star business
• Produce monthly and quarterly reports relating to K-Star’s performance and goals for internal
• Collaborate with Securities and Direct Lending teams to support the collection and reconciliation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in a Finance, Accounting or Business-related course of study, or
• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar role, in a multinational financial services organization
• Superior analytical and financial modeling skills; ability to create, build and enhance models and
• Understanding of business processes for accounting and finance functions
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
