🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of experience in professional services, technical implementation, SaaS support, or
• High attention to detail with proven ability to document requirements accurately, track commitments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to summarize technical discussions, author
• Curiosity and eagerness to develop deep expertise in Risk Cloud configuration, platform mechanics
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed for customer on-sites, team planning workshops, and
• Comfort utilizing AI-assisted tools to accelerate research, organize project inputs, summarize
