Professional Services Engineer

📋 Description

• Work directly with customers on implementation and consulting engagements, owning delivery from
• Write code and deliver technical integrations, configurations, and specialized solutions that fit
• Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering on pre-sales activities, including technical scoping
• Act as the voice of the customer, bringing direct feedback to Product and R&D to shape and test
• Deliver work on time and raise risks and roadblocks early, with clear options for the customer and
• Develop integrations and tooling around Snyk products that other teams and customers can reuse.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience as a software engineer, consultant, or Application Security
• Extensive experience writing code, both independently and in a paired programming fashion
• Hands-on experience building pipelines and deploying code with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and
• Hands-on experience with git-based SCM tools such as GitHub and GitLab.
• Proficiency with the Linux command line.
• Understanding of software development, the SDLC, and DevOps methodologies.
