Professional Services Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead and execute end-to-end implementations, migrations, and integrations from discovery through
• Act as the primary technical authority on projects, making decisions and executing them
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across different client environments
• Run intake and kickoff meetings to scope work, set expectations, and build workback plans
• Troubleshoot complex issues during deployment rather than escalating them
• Write and maintain documentation: design docs, implementation notes, runbooks, SOPs, handoff

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in IT, systems, infrastructure, or SaaS environments
• Implementor mindset with multiple end-to-end projects built from scratch
• Hands-on experience with JAMF, Kandji, or Intune; Okta, JumpCloud, or Entra ID; Google Workspace
• Multi-client project management experience
• Documentation discipline: natural runbook/SOP writing
• Client-facing confidence: explain tradeoffs, push back, adapt without losing momentum
