Professional Services Manager

📋 Description

• Hold technical kickoff calls with customers to ensure deployment readiness
• Coordinate post-sale with clients and vendors to create project docs/SOW
• Generate deployment docs in Salesforce Work Orders and Office 365
• Install, configure, troubleshoot Axon hardware/software at sites or remotely
• Deliver technical training and demos; customize materials
• Develop training plans and content for new Axon products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher in IT/Business (3+ years)
• Remote and on-site hardware/software installation experience
• Experience consulting to meet customer needs
• Demonstrations and training delivery for software/hardware
• Office 365, Salesforce, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Zoom, Teams, JIRA
• Experience with public sector or law enforcement clients
