Professional Services Manager - Dedrone

📋 Description

• Lead Dedrone deployments from post-sale to operational readiness.
• Support RTA ecosystem across Fusus, DFR, and integrations.
• Provide role-based training to drone teams and public safety.
• Guide customers in operational policies integrating Axon systems.
• Coordinate third-party training and integration vendors.
• Perform site assessments for hardware placement and RF coverage.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in customer-facing roles (Professional Services, Field Engineering, Sales Engineering, Deployment).
• Experience deploying hardware/software in complex operational environments.
• Understanding of drone systems, airspace management, RF sensing, or UAS programs (remote pilot certification or ability to obtain within 3 months).
• Strong IP networking, SNMP, DHCP, PoE, Linux CLI, and basic systems administration.
• Willingness to travel heavily and adapt to dynamic customer needs in the field.
• Must lift at least 50 pounds and be able to climb ladders.
