📋 Description

• Install, configure, validate, and support VI/ALPR during trials.
• Lead on-site VI evaluations and ensure successful trial deployment.
• Onboard customers and provide technical training for admins/users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, cellular, and integration issues.
• Validate system performance and meet trial requirements.
• Collaborate with PS, SE, Sales, and CS to support evaluations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years deploying or supporting tech in public safety or related industries.
• 3+ years hands-on ALPR experience.
• Experience deploying fixed-position ALPR cameras.
• Strong troubleshooting: networking, cellular, hardware, software.
• Experience with public safety agencies and law enforcement workflows.
• Strong verbal and written communication across stakeholder levels.
