📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate installations to ensure efficiency and great customer experience.
• Ensure 3rd party installers and Interview Room customers are up to speed via daily status updates.
• Ensure regular attendance and reliability in responsibilities.
• Deploy hardware and software solutions with minimal assistance in dynamic environments.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and undertake additional projects as needed.
• Guide customers on optimal hardware placement to fit their workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with law enforcement agencies valued.
• Technical acumen in installing networks, cameras, mics, and touch panels.
• Cross-functional team leadership to support customers/3rd parties.
• Strong communication skills; team and individual contributor.
• Strong critical thinking and proactive problem solving.
• Willing to travel weekly; reside near a major airport.
