Program Analyst, Incentive Operations

📋 Description

• Manage incentive program data: eligibility, deal tracking, attainment
• Configure incentive programs in platforms per defined requirements
• Prepare, validate, reconcile data across multiple sources before uploads
• Maintain data integrity across Salesforce, incentive platforms, and spreadsheets
• Generate recurring reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
• Support inquiries on program participation, attainment, and payouts

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years minimum in data operations, program administration, or similar field
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, data validation
• Experience with Power BI and Salesforce
• Experience with large datasets and operational systems
• Validated, reconciled, and analyzed data with high accuracy
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, root cause analysis
