Program Compliance Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary compliance point of contact for strategic partnerships, clients and agencies
• Become an expert on impact.com’s proprietary Regulated Compliance product
• Lead the compliance workstream for a key strategic partnership, focusing on the successful
• Work with cross-functional teams (client success, product/engineering, and operations) to deliver
• Operate as a program compliance subject matter expert internally and externally
• Work alongside senior team members, assisting with strategic initiatives and projects

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of customer service and support in a software application product environment
• 2+ years of project management
• 1+ years of compliance investigations, especially in the performance marketing space
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Business, Marketing, Law, or related field a plus)
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Professional communication skills
