📋 Description

• Own and continuously enhance governance processes, structures, and meeting forums
• Design and maintain effective governance mechanisms that align programs with organizational
• Coordinate with finance partners to organize and support Stars operating expense and administrative
• Lead governance meetings, facilitate productive decision-making, and ensure outcomes are documented
• Analyze program and governance results and provide actionable insights
• Advise executives and senior leaders on governance matters

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least 7 years of experience in program delivery, governance, project management, audit
• Demonstrated experience working with budgets, financial resources, or operating expenses
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex initiatives, and support
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
