📋 Description

• Oversee personnel management across assigned programs, ensuring staff complete required
• Monitor all aspects of program operations, including the development and implementation of

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field required (e.g., Psychology, Counseling
• 1+ years of experience within residential IDD/DD services, group homes, or community-based programs
• 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing multiple programs, sites, or leadership teams
• Must demonstrate good decision-making, time management and communication skills, and be
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and the ability to adapt to new technology platforms.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets agency insurance requirements.
