🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field (Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Allied
• 1+ years of experience in residential IDD/DD services, group homes, or community-based programs
• 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing multiple programs, sites, or leadership teams preferred
• Good decision-making, time management, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Valid driver’s license
