Oversee and coordinate assigned residential and/or day programs for individuals with developmental
Manage personnel, ensuring completion of orientation and ongoing training
Monitor all aspects of programs including developing individual goals and plans
Coordinate and manage overall operations, medical, financial, and maintenance aspects of programs
Guide and direct site designee
Maintain flexible schedule and be on call when needed

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human services field
At least 1 year full-time direct experience with individuals with developmental or intellectual
At least 2 years of management experience with developmental disabilities
Good decision-making, time management, and communication skills
Valid driver's license
Successful background clearance
