Program Director, APAC Services

📋 Description

• End-to-end ownership for delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Own the integrated program plan, critical path, and sequencing.
• Lead through high-pressure go-live and stabilization windows.
• Act as the initial escalation point for customers and partners.
• Govern delivery standards, gate criteria, and non-functional requirements.
• Define and govern project methodology and continuous-improvement practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years delivering large, complex technology programs with senior leadership.
• Enterprise software in CX or workforce management tech (e.g., NiCE, Genesys, Cisco, Avaya) or adjacent SaaS domains.
• Strong governance and partner/vendor management in multi-party delivery.
• Experience delivering to regulated or public-sector clients with security/data obligations.
• Credible executive communicator; calm and decisive under high-stakes delivery.
• Experience operating in multi-cultural environments across regional/global customers.
