Program Enablement Specialist

📋 Description

• Coordinate enablement sessions, including schedules, presenters, materials, communications
• Manage the day-to-day operations of role-specific onboarding, including checklists, practice
• Keep program materials and content repository resources current by working with subject matter
• Support the use of enablement tools such as WorkRamp, Yoodli, and Gong; track participation
• Help deliver new development programs by coordinating materials, practice activities, team
• Gather feedback and report on program results to identify what’s working and what needs improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years coordinating onboarding, enablement, learning, or training programs, ideally supporting a
• Experience contributing to a program from rollout through follow-up and results tracking
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to keep multiple programs
• Clear writing and communication skills and an eye for making information easy to find and use
• Comfort partnering directly with sales, CS, and/or sales dev leadership to gather input, align on
• Experience using data and feedback to help improve programs
