📋 Description

• Own the program strategy and implementation plan for the DoWEA's Literate Brain: Developing
• Lead the design of Science of Reading and Science of Writing professional learning aligned to the
• Oversee PD delivery across live, virtual, train-the-trainer, regional, district, headquarters, and
• Serve as a trusted partner to DoWEA stakeholders and coordinate internal contributors through clear
• Ensure successful coordination of digital resource deployment, system compatibility, accessibility
• Lead evaluation, reporting, and continuous improvement, including creation of applicable evaluation

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in literacy, education, professional learning
• Deep knowledge of the Science of Reading, Science of Writing, Structured Literacy, cognitive
• An advanced degree in literacy, reading, curriculum and instruction, education, or a related field
• Demonstrated professional learning design and facilitation expertise, including experience
• Meticulous attention to detail, with a demonstrated track record of producing accurate, polished
• Demonstrated successful oversight of at least one elementary-school professional learning or
