📋 Description

• Develops the clinical operational strategy and is responsible for the execution of clinical
• Partners with the Integrated Evidence Strategy Team and provides operational input to the Asset
• Evaluates programmatic risks and mitigations, identifies strategic options for the Asset Strategy
• Influences and interacts with all levels of management and cross-functional teams to achieve
• Contributes to portfolio planning, including development of costs, resource projections, and
• Reviews and provides clinical operations content for regulatory documents (e.g., INDs, NDAs, BLAs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, typically in nursing or scientific field; Associate’s
• 12+ years of pharma-related/clinical research experience
• 10 years in clinical research demonstrating high level of core, technical, and leadership
• Experience in risk management, decision-making, and strategic execution
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated successful coaching, mentoring, and people management (remote management preferred)
