Program Lead II, Clinical Program Development (Director Level)

📋 Description

• Develops the clinical operational strategy and executes clinical studies/programs
• Evaluates programmatic risks and identifies strategic options
• Interacts with and influences all levels of management and cross-functional team members
• Key contributor to portfolio planning, including costs, resource projections, timelines
• Reviews and provides clinical operations content to clinical and regulatory documents (e.g., INDs
• Manages external budget across portfolio (programs can be 20-200 million dollars)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, typically in nursing or scientific field (Associate's
• 12+ years of Pharma-related/clinical research experience (or applicable work experience)
• 10 years (or applicable) in clinical research demonstrating core, technical, and leadership
• Experience in risk management, decision-making, strategic execution
• Good communication skills
• Demonstrated coaching, mentoring, and people management (remote management preferred)
