📋 Description

• Design and manage EMI schemes (tenure, ROI / subvention, eligibility, ticket size, product /
• Own scheme lifecycle: ideation → business case → approvals → launch → monitoring → refresh / sunset
• Partner with Sales, Product, Credit, Finance, and lenders on scheme constructs and go-to-market
• Analyse scheme performance (volume, conversion, margin, risk, partner ROI) and recommend changes
• Maintain scheme inventory, version control, circulars / communications, and audit-ready
• Ensure schemes align with credit policy, regulatory / compliance requirements, and commercial

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in scheme management or program management in lending or financial services
• Understanding of credit policy, regulatory/compliance requirements, and commercial guardrails
• Analytical skills to analyze scheme performance and drive course corrections
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Credit, Finance, Tech, Ops)
• Strong documentation and communication skills for audit-ready documentation and stakeholder reviews
