📋 Description

• Service level accountability: track contracted SLAs, produce reporting, escalate early when
• Maintain the jointly held media plan, forecast, and ramp model; reconcile against actuals; manage
• Own hours tracking, scope-versus-delivered reconciliation, and ensure staying within scope
• Own the operating rhythm: standups, client status calls, internal syncs, QBR prep; document
• Manage cross-functional handoffs (briefs, assets, performance reporting, campaign builds) between
• Work with Director of Growth Strategy and team leads on resourcing and capacity, surface capacity

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of project or program management experience, ideally at a media, marketing, creative, or
• Conversant in paid media workflows and terminology (campaign builds, flight dates, creative
• Proactive communication, comfortable managing up, across, and with clients when needed
• Fluent in Notion: designing and maintaining relational databases, building filtered views
• Comfortable with Slack, Toggl, and Google Sheets-based trackers as daily toolkit
• Ability to juggle multiple accounts and shifting priorities without dropping details
